Payment & Shipping

Payment:

The following payment options are available:

C.O.D. / Cash on delivery: Chosing this payment method allows you to pay the invoice amount directly at your door when receiving the parcel.
Payment in advance: You transfer the invoice amount to our bank account in advance. The parcel will be shipped directly after receiving the money transfer.
Invoice: You will receive an invoice together with your shipment and transfer the invoice amount to our bank account within 14 days. This payment method is limited to orders up to 200.- € only.


Shipment:

We ship out all orders with goods on stock within 24 hours on working days by DHL or Deutsche Post. A tracking number will be provided as soon as the parcel has been dispatched.
